Introduction

Purpose of the Survey
At NL Health Services - Central Zone, we are committed to providing quality care to patients and their families. NL Health Services is a Person- and Family-centered Care organization, which means working together with patients, families, health care professionals, staff and volunteers to provide respectful, compassionate, quality and safe care. This survey asks about your recent experience with Client Relations. This is an opportunity for you to provide feedback. The results will be shared anonymously with health care providers and the health region to improve the quality of services.

This survey takes about 5 minutes to complete. The response to each question is submitted when you select the blue NEXT button at the bottom of the page. If you need to go back and change your response, please do so by selecting the blue BACK button and the bottom of the page (Please do not use the browser arrows in the navigation bar).
