Canadian Hematology Society - Lifetime Achievement Award Nomination

Criteria - The recipient of the CHS Lifetime Achievement Award will be an individual who:

i. Is well-known and has an outstanding reputation in the field of hematology in Canada,
ii. Has done the majority of their hematology work in Canada,
iii. Has achieved international recognition and impact for their work in the field, and
iv. Has made an impact by nurturing and encouraging young faculty.                              


Deadline:  September 15th.  The Nominator must be a member in good standing of the Canadian Hematology Society.

Award presentation in person during the CHS Awards event at ASH each December.
