The Devon Public Library delivers a program called the Community Adult Learning Program (CALP). CALP is a locally delivered program that is funded by the Alberta Government (Alberta Advanced Education) to provide learning opportunities to adults in the Devon area. The programs are focused on foundational learning such as literacy and English Language Learning (among others).
