2021 TCF Board Nomination Form

The TEAL Charitable Foundation is seeking nominations for positions on the Board of Directors for the 2021 – 2023 term. Elections will be held via Zoom at the Annual General Meeting on October 21, 2021. The slate of elected and acclaimed directors will be announced at the AGM.

The current TEAL Charitable Foundation Board of Directors has been hard at work steering their committees forward and advancing the foundation's mission. To help us sustain our momentum, we welcome members to run for the following 2-year term positions:

Awards Chair
Treasurer
Secretary
Fundraising Chair
Member-at-Large
Member-at-Large
Member-at-Large
Member-at-Large

Deadline for Nominations: 5:00 pm on Friday, October 8, 2021.
Nominations will only be accepted via the online nominations form. Nominees must be BC TEAL members.

Nominees for board positions are encouraged to read the TEAL Charitable Foundation Bylaws, particularly "Part 6 - Board of Directors".

Please note the following bylaws in particular:
2) A director, and a candidate for election as a director, must:

a) be a member,
b) be qualified to be a director under section 44 of the Act, and
c) consent to the nomination, in writing or in person.
