SSIRRE Support Staff Survey

Introduction

The Support Staff Initiative for Recruitment and Retention Enhancement (SSIRRE) is a joint project of the BC Public School Employers’ Association (BCPSEA) and the CUPE and Support Staff Unions K-12 Presidents’ Council.

The purpose of this project is to gather information about recruitment and retention of all unionized support staff roles in public K-12 school districts throughout B.C. This information will be used to inform the upcoming bargaining process. Your participation will help both the unions and the employers gain a shared understanding of recruitment and retention challenges for support staff.

Your response to this survey will be anonymous and confidential. Your IP address will not be recorded, and individual responses will not be reported. Response data will only be reported in aggregate, and the results of this survey will not be made public. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Respondents can be entered into one or more prize draws! There will be draws, on November 17, 24, and December 8. Do the survey early for more chances to win and larger prize opportunities. Those who complete the survey before each date will be entered in all subsequent draws. The prize draw will be done through a separate form that can't be linked to your survey response. Participants are eligible for one prize only.
