Corporate Business Proposal Form

The CMA welcomes member ideas and input on business- and governance-related matters. Corporate business proposals typically affect the CMA’s bylaws. The CMA has looked to statutory examples such as the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act proposals system and other medical associations' member motions models.

Proposals must be submitted by March 5, 2027 (90 days before the Annual General Meeting on June 3, 2027).
