Corporate Business Proposal Form

The CMA welcomes member ideas and input on business- and governance-related matters. Corporate business proposals typically affect the CMA’s bylaws. The CMA has looked to statutory examples such as the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act proposals system and other medical associations' member motions models.

Proposals must be submitted by March 2, 2025 (90 days before the 2025 Annual General Meeting).
