CPAWSB Employer Portal Application Form

CPA Employer Information

To request access to the CPAWSB Employer Portal, please complete this application form.  Access to records will only be granted where the student/candidate has identified the employer in their MyCPA profile, and has consented to share their academic and registration information with their employer.  Portal Administrators are responsible for ensuring that access to the portal is tightly controlled and given only to authorized staff within the organization. 
Please note all sub-offices in the organization for which access should be allowed.
