Advisory Council Application - English

Application Form for the SFCC Education Toolkit Advisory Council

Students for Consent Culture (SFCC) is recruiting 12 members for an Advisory Council (AC) to guide the development of our Education Toolkit (EduKit). Applications will be open to anyone interested in participating AC meetings will take place every two weeks between September 2022 and March 2023. All Advisory Council members will be compensated for their time and expertise.

Recruiting Diverse Voices
The AC is intended to reflect the diversity of student voices on campuses across so-called Canada. We are hope to
ensure that Black, Indigenous, People of Colour, 2SLGBTQ+, disabled, international, and graduate students are
represented in our work. To reflect this, the selection process for the AC will prioritize marginalized voices. We encourage you to self-identify if you belong to any of these communities.
We will also work towards mitigating potential tokenization and alienation by recruiting more than one person per
marginalized identity where possible.

Application Process
As part of this process, we will ensure that existing partners and collaborators who hold significant expertise are made
aware of this opportunity. Applications will be reviewed by at least two (2) team members, including the Facilitation and Outreach Coordinator, plus at least one other member. The AC should be formed by the end of September 2022.
