The Town of Wainwright, with the M.D. of Wainwright, is completing a Recreation and Culture Needs Assessment. The Needs Assessment will provide the information needed by municipal leaders to guide decision making related to the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of recreation and culture programs, services, and facilities.
Gathering input from residents is critical to completing the Needs Assessment. Please have an adult in your household complete the questionnaire considering the thoughts and needs of all members of the household.
Your responses will be combined with all others when reported. Some analysis will be reported according to smaller sub-groups – for example we may look to see how households with young children answered compared to households with no children. The information you provide will only be used for research purposes and securely stored. Your anonymity will be protected.
Please complete the questionnaire by December 23, 2022. This survey will take you approximately 20 minutes to complete.
