The First Nations Education Steering Committee (FNESC) and First Nations Schools Association (FNSA) are pleased to announce an upcoming Regional Training workshop to support IEP development and implementation in BC First Nations schools.
SEP staff will be facilitating two-day, in-person regional trainings and workshops. The first day of the workshop will focus on Functional Behaviour Assessments and Executive Functioning. On the second day, SEP staff will be available to provide support and input.
Interested participants can register for one or both days, depending on the support required.
Day 1
9:00 – 12:00 noon Functional Behaviour Assessments
1:00 – 4:00pm Executive Functioning Support for Students with Exceptionalities
Day 2
9:00 – 4:00pm IEP Support from the SEP Team
Please note that while participants will be responsible for paying their own travel and accommodation expenses, as well as all food and incidentals related to travel to and from the event; SEP Funding Grants can be used to cover the travel costs for participants to attend this in-person event.
