FNESC Regional Session, Nanaimo, February 16-17, 2023

Thank you for your interest in FNESC's 2023 Regional Sessions. These sessions are an opportunity to learn about the activities of FNESC and our partners and to discuss emerging issues in First Nations education. The sessions represent a fundamental component of FNESC’s efforts to maintain accountability to First Nations in BC. At the sessions FNESC will be seeking direction from First Nations to inform our ongoing work.

Participation is limited to two representatives per First Nation. Venue-specific maximum capacities will also apply.

Day 1 – Representatives from BC public school, school districts, First Nations schools, First Nations, and Tribal Councils may attend.

Day 2 – Representatives from BC First Nations schools, First Nations, and Tribal Councils may attend.
