Education Assistants Network

The First Nations Education Steering Committee (FNESC) and First Nations Schools Association (FNSA) are pleased to announce a ten-session Network opportunity designed for Education Assistants who are working in a First Nation school.

These sessions will focus on a new draft resource: Education Assistants (EAs) in First Nation Schools: A Framework For Describing Roles and Responsibilities and Guiding Professional Growth.

Network sessions will take place approximately every two weeks and will allow interested participants an opportunity to review sections of the handbook, reflect on their experience and practice, as well as develop long lasting relationships with other Education Assistants. Each session will cover a different topic that specifically relates to Education Assistants working in First Nation schools.

For more information on this Network please see the event flyer.

Participants will be expected to make a commitment to all of the ten sessions. Links for all meetings will be shared after your registration is approved.
