As an individual who has recently received Maternal/Newborn services at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, we are asking for your help.
We are conducting a survey as part of our efforts to understand how clients view their experience.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary and will not affect your health care. We have prepared the survey to be anonymous and to not identify you as a participant. All survey responses will be combined for reporting purposes. The results will be shared with health care providers and leadership to improve the quality of services.
Experience surveys provide an anonymous snapshot of the combined experience within the program/area.
