Intro
Thank you for agreeing to help us with our research. We are currently conducting research on behalf of The Prosperity Project (TPP), an organization with a mission to identify and remove the systemic barriers and biases that impede the advancement of women in the economy, limiting their - and Canada’s - opportunity for increased prosperity. TPP's research programs are designed to identify gender inequity in leadership in Canada and to understand what might be preventing women from advancing in their career. The Canadian Households Perspective (CHP) program collects information from people like you to help the organization understand what companies can do to support women's advancement so that TPP can best advocate for professional women in Canada. We are looking to conduct focus groups for the next CHP report, to help understand what women need to succeed in today’s world.
