Introduction

Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Florence Nightingale Day,
organized by the University of Toronto Department of Statistical Sciences (DoSS) and CANSSI Ontario.

Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to venue capacity.

Waitlist
If the event is full, you may place your name on our waitlist.

Waitlist positions will also be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Waitlisted students will be emailed when a seat becomes available. There is a 24-hour window for a student to register for the available seat. After that, the next student on the waitlist will be emailed regarding the available spot.

 		    
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
   
1. To successfully register, please download and fill out the two forms below. It is essential that the student's parent or legal guardian signs these forms if the student is a minor and participating in any youth programs at DoSS.

Once completed, kindly upload the forms at the time of registration.
2. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
3. Save and Continue. To save your partial answers, click on the “Save and continue later” link, which should appear on the center, upper part of your screen. A link to the partially completed form will be emailed to you from Esther Berzunza. To return to the form later, open the email and click on the link provided.
4. Complete the registration by clicking the "Submit" button at the end of the form, after which a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address to acknowledge the submission.
