Tuition Refund Request Form

Please ensure you have read and understand our tuition refund policy.

If you are eligible for a refund based on our refund policy, please complete this form. Please attach other relevant documentation, such as proof of visa/study permit rejection, legal status change or extenuating circumstance (as listed under PARTIAL REFUND in the SIE Refund policy.)

Please note:

•The application fee is non-refundable.
•The custodianship declaration fee is non-refundable.
•Health insurance fees are non-refundable after the program start date (health insurance will automatically be cancelled at time of withdrawal).

Tuition is only refunded via Flywire and to the same person who originally paid. Flywire will contact you via email to confirm refund arrangements. Please allow a minimum of three weeks for your refund to be processed.
