OASIS - 2024 NFPay Compensation Survey Registration

We are happy to announce that OASIS and BenchMarket have joined forces to create a new Compensation Survey for our Member Agencies.

This 2024 introduction will focus on cash* compensation data using BenchMarket’s confidential and user-friendly portal for the submission process.

For technical assistance with uploading completed survey forms and navigating the submission process, please contact help@benchmarket.ca. For assistance with categorizing your data, such as determining job families and job levels in developmental services (ie. Job Matching*), please reach out to membership@oasisonline.ca".

Only members who submit their organizations data will receive the final report. This is an excellent opportunity to gain insights into the Developmental Services sector in Ontario.

For those that missed the submission deadline below, you can still access the report by paying an affordable fee based on operating budget. The 2024 report will be provided after completing a submission and ordering the results. To access our Order Form click on the link below.

* Everyone other year NFPay also includes a comprehensive HR Programs Report that includes many types of non-cash compensation elements (i.e. Perquisites & Benefits etc.). The next HR Programs report will be available in 2025.
