OASIS - 2026 NFPay Compensation Survey Registration

This is an excellent opportunity to gain insights into the Developmental Services sector in Ontario.

We look forward to hosting our NFPay lunchtime Webinar on Friday February 20th. This webinar will include an overview of the submission process and a Q&A. Details to follow from the OASIS team.

We are implementing a new "rolling database" process, where each organization chooses the month that they would like to participate in the NFPay survey. Please fill this out below. BenchMarket uses a confidential and user-friendly portal for the submission process. You will receive your logon credentials by email at the beginning of your chosen submission month and have 30 days to participate.

Only members who submit their organizations data will receive the final reports (ie. Union, Non-Union and HR Programs data must all be submitted to receive all 3 parts of the report).

Here are some important dates to remember:

Submission Process Begins: February 9, 2026
Submission Deadline: End of the month requested
Projected Report Publication: June 30, 2026*
*Based on a recent feedback survey, the majority of respondents choose February as the optimal publication date. This will commence February 2027.

BenchMarket is a specialized compensation consulting firm with extensive experience in survey development and administration. TIMELINE CHANGE:
We plan to change our current “once a year” submission process to a rolling database process (similar to our TechEdge Private Sector Survey). This will allow participants to select the time of year they would like to update their data, while at the same time allow for a more leveled work schedule for BenchMarket.

Please select the top 2 months (i.e. #1, or #2) based on your organization’s salary increase cycle. For example, if your salary increases occur in May each year, June could be choice #1, July could be choice #2. For organizations that give salary increases throughout the year, perhaps a less busy time could be chosen. We will collect this data and let each organization know when their new submission date is. We will do our best to give each organization its choice #1.
