Municipality of Greenstone Household Survey

Municipality of Greenstone Recreation and Playground Master Plan

Residents of Greenstone have an array of recreation programs, facilities, parks and playgrounds at their disposal. These important services contribute to personal, family, and community health and wellness. To help ensure the future of these services and their alignment with community need, the Municipality of Greenstone is developing a Recreation and Playground Master Plan. The Master Plan will guide the Municipality’s contribution to providing these services.

To develop this Master Plan, it is important to hear from community members. Your thoughts and opinions are essential to this project. Please answer the following questions considering the thoughts and needs of all members of your household.

Please provide your answers by April 30, 2024. The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

If you have any questions about this survey or the Master Plan, or if you need assistance completing this questionnaire, please contact Brent Henley (Manager of Parks and Recreation) at brent.henley@greenstone.ca.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and you may choose not to participate or end your participation at any time. The information you provide through this questionnaire is collected under the authority of, and managed in accordance with, the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 1990 (MFIPPA) and all relevant Canadian data storage and management best practices. The information you provide will be used by RC Strategies to inform the development of the Municipality of Greenstone’s Recreation and Playground Master Plan. Survey data will be securely digitally stored and deleted one year after the completion of the project.
