The First Nations Education Steering Committee (FNESC) and the First Nations Schools Association (FNSA) is hosting a series of information workshops designed specifically to support for First Nation schools that will be hosted in May and June 2024. Workshop: The Importance of Student Attendance: What Schools Can Do

This workshop will provide an overview of what research shows about the importance of student attendance, and what schools can do to help encourage students to attend school more regularly.

Please note, this workshop was offered in the Spring of 2023. It is being presented again for people who were unable to attend previously. People who attended this workshop before are welcome to join, understanding the information included is largely unchanged.
