Web Accessibility User Survey Introduction
The Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility (MSAA) wants to better understand the experiences and barriers faced by people with disabilities across Ontario when using websites to access information and services in their daily lives.
The survey contains 5 questions and may take you between 5 and 15 minutes to complete. The survey will be open until July 31, 2024.

All responses to the survey are voluntary and we do not require any personal information. While we invite you to share your views and experience, we recommend that you not include information that could identify you. MSAA will use the information gathered in this survey to develop processes to assess web accessibility.
The survey also contains one optional demographic question to help the Ministry better understand accessibility barriers for specific groups.
