Survey Introduction
Across Canada, bench-marking data is available enabling veterinarians in private practice to compare themselves with their colleagues. The Ontario Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA), in partnership with the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA), and the Canadian Association for Laboratory Animal Medicine (CALAM) are conducting a national survey of Veterinarians Employed in Government, Industry and Academe (GIA). The survey results enable GIA veterinarians to compare their earnings, hours, and benefits with peers.
The survey provides a unique opportunity to gather valuable information, ensuring a successful economic future for GIA veterinarians. This survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Questions marked with an asterisk require a response to progress in the survey.
To guarantee strict confidentiality, the final report only presents consolidated information. No individual is identifiable.
If you have survey questions, please contact Amy Noonan at OVMA at 1.800.670.1702 ext. 229 or anoonan@ovma.org. Thank you in advance for participating in this important research.
