The Cowichan Division of Family Practice (CVDFP) is aiming to create an annual scholarship in memory of our leader, colleague and dear friend, Dr. Bryan Bass. Building on existing CVDFP scholastic awards, the Dr. Bryan Bass memorial scholarship would be open to high school grads within the CVDFP catchment area seeking to pursue a medical degree.
This idea is in the very earliest planning stages and will be developed over the coming months, with a goal to fundraise through the calendar year and have the first such award available for the 2025/26 graduating class.
