Temporary Access Pass Request Form

Requestor Information

This is the request form to obtain a Temporary Access Pass for evacuated areas within the Peace River Regional District as of June 2025.

Purpose: These passes are for essential personnel only who need temporary access to evacuated areas (e.g., livestock care, critical facility monitoring).

Approval: Requests are screened by the PRRD Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) and BC Wildfire Service for safety risks and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Application: Our goal is to review applications for next-day access, so please submit your request before 3:00PM PDT to be considered for the following day. To apply for access, submit your request via the form below or call 250-784-4832.

Restrictions: Access will not be granted to areas under a BC Wildfire Service Area Restriction. No person under the age of 19 is permitted to enter evacuation areas.
