Our Jack Champions intake form is currently open!
The Jack Champions program allows you to bring mental health resources to an already existing group in your community, including Jack Talks, the Community Assessment Tool, the Be There Certificate, and community collaboration spaces.
If you're specifically interested in starting a Jack Chapter, please note that our Chapters Application form is now closed for the
2025/26 year.
If you'd like to become a Jack Chapter next year, please email
communities@jack.org with the subject line
"Chapter Waitlist." We'll be sure to reach out once applications open again in
August 2026.
