In most cases, the quickest way to resolve a concern is directly through your child’s school.
If you haven’t had a chance to connect with your child’s classroom teacher or principal, we encourage you to do so first so we can support you as effectively as possible.
The Student and Family Support Office is here to help students and families with matters that can’t be resolved at the school level, as well as non-school-specific matters, for example, student transportation or questions about facilities and capital projects.
