The First Nations Education Steering Committee (FNESC) and First Nations Schools Association (FNSA) invites First Nations School Principals and School Leaders to attend the session, Retaining Great Teachers – Year 1, on September 8, 2026.

Retention is all about engaging your teachers from day one. There is no one who has more impact on the retention of employees than their direct manager, so what you do matters! This session will give you strategies that are easy to implement and maintain, and will help you build highly engaged teachers, right from the start.
