The First Nations Education Steering Committee (FNESC) and First Nations Schools Association (FNSA) invites First Nations School Principals and Education Coordinators to attend the session, BC Tripartite Education Agreement (BCTEA) Funding Handbook and Estimator Tool, on September 14, 2026.

The BC Tripartite Education Agreement (BCTEA) Funding Handbook explains Indigenous Services Canada's BCTEA Funding Detail Budget Report Table, which is sent to BCTEA-funded First Nations each year. This table shows the components of the BCTEA funding calculations for First Nation schools in BC. This session will provide detailed information about how First Nation schools are funded and the variables that affect funding levels.
