By completing this survey, you will be entered into a random draw for a chance to win one of ten (10) cash prizes of $70 CAD.
Eligibility:
Open to individuals who received the survey invitation via SMS, are residents of Canada, and are 18 years of age or older.
How to enter:
Participants must complete the survey in full. Only completed surveys are eligible. Limit of one entry per person.
Prize details:
Ten (10) prizes of $70 CAD are available (total value: $700 CAD).
Odds of winning:
Odds depend on the number of completed surveys. Based on an estimated 500 participants, odds are approximately 1 in 50.
Draw process:
A random draw will be conducted after data collection is complete from all eligible participants.
Winner contact and payment:
Winners will be contacted using the same mobile phone number used to receive the survey invitation.
Prizes will be delivered upon successful contact (e.g., via e-transfer).
If a selected winner cannot be reached, another winner may be selected.
Privacy:
Your phone number will only be used to administer the survey and contact winners. Survey responses are confidential and analyzed in aggregate.
