This review aims to address wage disparities and ensure that pay equity principles are applied across all sectors of employment, with an expanded scope that includes the private and care sectors. The review will help create more inclusive and equitable workplaces for everyone.
This survey seeks to hear from employers, employees, advocacy groups, business organizations, human resource professionals, unions, and any New Brunswicker interested in shaping fair pay practices.
