The 2026 IAHLA Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Conference will be taking place on October 22 and 23, 2026, at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront in Vancouver. The event will connect educators and administrators from IAHLA member institutes across British Columbia and provide opportunities for IAHLA member institutes to engage in workshops and professional development opportunities.

This registration form is only intended for authorized representatives, faculty, staff and students of IAHLA member institutes. Space permitting, IAHLA member institutes will be welcome to invite up to one representative from a partner public post-secondary institution. If you have an individual that you would like to invite, please contact us at pseadmin@fnesc.ca.

Note: A proxy form or letter of appointment signed by the Authorized Representative (Director) is required to register as a Proxy. For questions or to request for the Proxy Form, please contact at pseadmin@fnesc.ca. Please submit by October 15, 2026.

8. Will you be claiming travel reimbursement? Please note that IAHLA will reimburse eligible travel and accommodation expenses up to $1,250 for the authorized representative or their proxy of each IAHLA member institute.
