Thank you for your interest in Community of Practice (CoP) Co-Lead. Before self-nominating, please review what this role entails in the CoP Co-Lead Role Description.

This self-nomination form includes ten questions about your experiences, perspectives, and interest in the CoP Co-Lead role. Your responses will help us learn more about who you are, your interest in the role, and the unique strengths, skills, knowledge, and experiences you would bring to this opportunity.
