BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) is seeking feedback on its proposed Fee Review Framework Discussion Paper. We invite all interested parties to share their views by completing this feedback form or by emailing engage@bcfsa.ca.
The proposed Fee Review Framework is intended to establish a clear, predictable process for reviewing regulatory fees. Through regular reviews and engagement, the framework would help keep fees aligned with regulatory activities and reduce the need for large, infrequent fee changes.
BCFSA will publish a summary of the feedback received and will not attribute comments to individual respondents. If you choose to provide your name, organization, or email address, BCFSA may share your non-anonymized feedback with the Ministry of Finance for transparency and as part of the engagement process. Any fee changes resulting from this process would be subject to further industry engagement, BCFSA recommendations, and government approval before implementation.
